Standard Coffee Catering Package. Brewed coffee service for up to 75 guests, with cups and lids, stirrers, sugar, and dairy creamer. Built for self-serve coffee stations and low-maintenance events.

Booking terms

  1. Lead time. Book at least 1 to 2 weeks before your event.
  2. Payment. The full amount is paid up front, by card or ACH bank transfer. We send an invoice to the billing contact you name.
  3. Your date. Sending the intake form does not book your date. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
  4. Service time. Table service covers 2 hours. Each hour beyond that is $50.
  5. Guest count. The standard package serves up to 75 guests. Each additional 25 guests adds $75.
  6. Vendor paperwork. If your organization needs a W-9 or new vendor form, tell us on the intake form and we will return it promptly.
